Hi, I’m Rob — Product Design Manager at Kroger
I lead an incredible team of designers focused on building innovative, data-driven tools that help merchandisers work smarter. I’m passionate about design systems and love rolling up my sleeves to solve complex problems through collaboration. Whether it’s aligning across disciplines or refining the details of a shared experience, I’m always looking for ways to make design more impactful and cohesive.
Outside of work, I’m a dad to two awesome daughters, a husband, and a lifelong music lover. I spend my free time playing guitar or designing posters for my own shows—or for friends getting ready for their next gig.

My career has been all about connecting dots — from designing enterprise tools for the Industrial Internet to shaping a brand identity for a FinTech startup in San Francisco. Along the way, I’ve developed a deep interest in design systems, scalable UI patterns, and helping teams think differently about their process.
I hold certifications from the Nielsen Norman Group in UX and from LUMA Institute in Human-Centered Design — and I’m always looking to keep learning.
